At Peachtree Residential Properties, our commitment to you lasts long after you move into your new home.  Peachtree Residential offers a Limited One-Year Warranty for one year from the time you close and a Ten-Year Structural Warranty.  After closing, we provide a Post-Closing Review as well as an 11-Month Review to assess and repair concerns that are covered under the Limited Warranty. Our friendly, professional staff is available to assist you with your concerns during the course of the Limited One-Year Warranty program, giving you peace of mind.
